Rugby Union player Jamie Heaslip has backed Dublin City Council's Anti-Dog Fouling Awareness campaign, where he's encouraging dog owners to clean up after their pets in a campaign video.

Heaslip commented 'I am encouraging all dog owners to clean up after their dogs and to bag and bin dog foul, as I do for my dog Jay Z. We need to take responsibility for our dogs and look after our neighbourhoods and communities'.
